Whole-Person Care
My interest in functional medicine began with my father's experience with advanced heart disease - I recognized a gap in conventional care: the lack of a root-cause, systems-based approach. This insight became personal as I navigated my own diagnoses of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, osteopenia, and a history of disordered eating. These experiences deepened my understanding of the complex interplay between hormones, metabolism, immune function, and emotional health.
Today, I bring this perspective to my work by delivering comprehensive, integrative care grounded in both conventional and functional medicine, and by helping lead the advancement of whole-person care models across diverse clinical settings.
